The Necromancer Invasion has begun
The Inuran Consortium has been invaded by the Necromancer Fleets who seek bodies and souls for the coming war. They harvest entire colonies, each world losing every sentient being. Mages, pilots, and raw souls fuel the necromancer war machine to create new avatar cores and new necrotech machines.
All mercenary units are automatically conscripted, including Kav's Roughnecks. They're deployed to defend an arcology on a water planet against a full regiment of necrotech avatars, and the best fleet in the sector. They're outmanned and outgunned, but Kav will never let himself be outmaneuvered again.
He'll find a way to stop the necromancers, and to save the people in the arcology. For if he fails? Kav will become an undead tool of the necromancers.
