Pamela spent many years writing for advertising agencies and corporations before setting off on her own as a freelance writer shortly before her first child was born. It might have been the combination of changing diapers, working from the house and writing video scripts about motors and drives -- or it might have been because she's a hopeless romantic -- but whatever the reason, one afternoon when the baby was asleep, she started writing a novel.
That first book, while it holds a special place in her heart, is buried deep in her attic never to see the light of day. Pamela has learned a lot about writing books since then and is happy to report she no longer has to write about motors and drives.
Pamela lives in Wisconsin with her three children and a very active poodle-mix dog.
