Over five years ago, the dead began to walk, and within days, civilization crumbled.

Millions died in the first month, only to reanimate as the walking dead, to then feed on the survivors

But those days are gone.

Weeks ago, the animated dead ceased to function, simply dropping 'dead' for good.

Only the damage was done.

The world was thrown into apocalyptic chaos, where the gun ruled all, and only those strong enough to take what they wanted prevailed.

TERMINAL CRISIS

Outside the desolate ruins of Baltimore, Maryland, Henry Watson and his fellow survivors are attacked by a ruthless gang of cannibals.

Two of their own are captured in the battle.

Slated for the cooking pots, it's a race against time to rescue them before the axe falls forever.

The rescue won't be easy, if it can be accomplished at all.

The cannies have made their base of operations on the water, a quarter mile off shore, directly across from the Port of Baltimore.

With no way of safely reaching the re-purposed cruise ship overflowing with human meat-eaters, the options of rescue grow slimmer with each passing hour.

The living dead might be gone, but the world is still a deadly place to live in.
