Tall Timber

The madcap plan of three penniless girls that one of them shall marry a rich husband and support the others, brings Susan Lessing into her first contact with husky Canadian Douglas Tearle. Susan works with him as a trapper's assistant and later cooks at a logging camp where Douglas is taken on.
