The Time Of The Lawman

(2003)
A novel by

From the wide plains of Southern Nebraska, down to the stretching deserts and high ranges of Nevada was some journey for a man with a pack of lawmen on his trail.

But even reaching Nevada did not mean the end of the trail for Rob Gardner. Several men had fallen out from the posse hunting him down, but Rob knew that nothing would stop Jeb Harbinger. Throughout the West, Harbinger had gained a reputation as a hard and ruthless man, fast with a gun and using a Colt as his judge and jury. There were those who claimed he was as much a murderer as some of the men he hunted, but this trail was to have a different ending. With nowhere else to run, Gardner stood his ground, strangely unafraid and with a gun in his steady hand.

The hunted suddenly becomes the hunter in this graphic tale of a gunman's search for his soul and of how he found his true self when he faced the last great battle of his life.
