Double Shuffle

Maybe Toddville would become a boom town. Maybe the gold in the San Carlos Hills would soon peter out and Toddville would resume its former tranquility. But the plunderers and gyp-artists were here anyway, and this was no safe town for decent folk. A lawman past his prime and two reformed thieves resorted to underhand methods to ensure Larry and Stretch would become involved. The Texans jumped to the bait and, suddenly, they were dodging bullets.
