Mya Grey had never thought that she’d be brave enough to become a self-publisher aka Indie Author. But the worldwide lock down and pandemic had totally made her no choice but to try to make a living with her stories and surprisingly completely enjoying the process. She’s proud to be living her dream life - surfing, writing, and teaching. She is currently residing in the most exotic and beautiful place on earth – Bali. Mya is a dreamer and a true martial arts lover, especially- Jiu-jitsu, like the female protagonist she devises in her stories.
She can be a mix of everything, from being a little stubborn, impulsive, easily insulted, and courageous. Local people have nicknamed her “chilipadi” or (bird's eye chili) because of her feisty character. Mya is also known warm and soft-hearted.
When she isn’t writing, she engages in surfing or seeking adventures on her little red scooter cruising along Ubud. She has no plans to go back home now. Mya often teaches English for Balinese children and adults. She is presently plotting and working on new stories and hopes to expand her portfolio with sassier, action and adventure, sweet and romance.
