In the aftermath of Ryder killing Truck, his old gang, the BBKs, some would say foolishly, declared war. Black assigned one of his captains, Jackie Washington, to run the war. Her strategy: cut off their drug revenue, effectively depriving the gang of their ability to wage war by eliminating key people. To accomplish that task, Jackie called her specialist.
