Akagawa Kaori, former Lich Queen and Summoned Heroine, was approached by three people, seeking to become her apprentices. One was rejected, but two made the cut, and were invited to her home, where they could learn the arts of a Mage, rather than the science of the Thaumaturge. That both would be reporting back to their respective governments was understood, even expected. After all, hording her magical knowledge would eventually make her even more of a target than she already was, but allowing the teachings to get out in the wild would change things up, and perhaps give rise to new magics that she could learn.

Of course, to train in the mage's arts, her new apprentices must let go of some of the teachings that Thaumaturgy has taught them about magic, and they'll need to cultivate their power well. And what will happen when others reach out to her, seeking training?
