With Big Mo missing and Bennie dead, the Chedda Boyz seemed to be headed for a downfall. The once powerful drug crew is now in shambles. Enter Chaz, Big Mo's brother. An opportunity has presented itself and he is more than capable of reviving the crew and taking over as the new kingpin of the Cleveland drug game. Along with murderous sisters, Sugar and Spice, Chaz has his sights set on becoming the next king. But to do so, he will have to push Sugar and Spice aside, and if you know anything about these deadly sisters, it's that they are not to be played with. Chaz also has a problem that could come back to haunt him. Jamal, a thug freash out of prison, has his sights set on Chaz for personal reasons. Add that to the fact that Sugar and Spice's personal assitant, Trish, is developing a thing for him and it's no wonder Chaz has his hands full. Chaz, However, remains undaunted. Armed with two killers by his side, Chaz thinks that he is invincible. Meanwhile, Sugar and Spice had better watch their backs. Chaz is not the one they should be worried about. Someone is watching them and would like nothing more than to see the two sisters in the morgue. Intrigue, suspense, murder, and gut wrenching drama unfold as all involved butt heads in what will be remembered as one of the most memorable climaxes in street lit history.
