Fresh off a trek to Utah, Cody Dakota decides it’s high time he traveled up north. He’s heard from fellow mountain men of a region near Fort Brisebois in the Canadian Rockies, where glaciers carved vast lakes with waters so blue, they’d hurt your eyes. A different kind of adventure awaits when they cross into Canada and meet Alex, an ordinary storekeeper with an unexpected link to Elsu. Will Cody bid his Ute friend farewell and journey on alone?
