Penelope's Protest

Penelope's magic friend Glumdole is away leaving Penelope to her own devices. It seems no matter what Penelope does, she always ends up in trouble! Her magic pendant doesn't help, then nor does being in the thick of a corrupt council cover-up. At least things can only get better, or so it seems.
