He’s the son of her enemy. She’s the girl he never stopped dreaming about.

Ainslee’s mission is simple: find Vesta and the most important book in Nyth. She knew it was a nearly impossible task when she left Stormhaven.
What she didn’t know was who would be waiting at every crossroad.
Rhion Rahn is the Prince of Steel, the commander of its army and a brutal mountain of a man. Other than Gethin himself, no one is more feared.
But before he was any of that, he was just Rhion to Ainslee. A boy who was willing to fight a basilisk to save her. A boy who loved long walks and good conversation.
What starts as an attempt to sway Rhion to their side of the impending war becomes something more. Every word he says brings back those childhood memories, and every touch sparks a flame inside her.
But as Ainslee gets closer to finishing her task, loyalties must be decided. Their time together may have rekindled a flame, but can that flame stand against the winds of what’s coming?

Steeling Light is a romance novel centered on Lee while she searches for Vesta and her book. The events within it happen alongside those in Crown of Wrath, and this book should be read afterward. Steeling Light features more exploration of Nyth including the Lesser Houses, the smaller Immortal cities, and some lesser-known pieces of its magic. There’s plenty of laughter, magical creatures, battles, and more tension than you can shake a goblin at.

Genre: Paranormal Romance
