Jessica Watson knew that she was lucky. There weren't too many young women that could count Butch Cassidy and the members of the "Wild Bunch" as friends. Why, she'd been raised among the outlaws. They were family! Someday Jessie wanted to be just like them. That is until she looked up into the bluest pair of eyes she'd ever seen when a tall handsome cowboy came to rescue her in a street brawl.

Corbin MacQuarie had come to Utah to settle down and become a successful rancher. He had it all planned. He'd take some of the money he'd set aside to bring one of the long-haired bulls from Scotland to his ranch. He'd start a special breed of cattle that could brave the cold winters. That he would be in the wrong place at the wrong time and end up being robbed and wounded by Butch Cassidy and his gang was not part of his plan.

Seeing Corbin fall, Jessie knew she had to save his life. She hadn't meant to fall in love with him, nor lie to him about who she was. But if he ever found out that she was an outlaw she would lose more than just his love - she would find herself locked up in jail by a man determined to avenge the wrong done to him and rid the West of outlaws forever... .
