As Poe digs through her mother's belongings, clearing the way for her own life to start, she begins to see things, hear things.
Journal pages, hidden and strewn in odd places, have words of warning scratched frantically into the paper. Faded pictures, tucked between pillows, show the dark woods in the back yard, empty and waiting.
The further into her mother's things she digs, the further into madness she seems to fall.
Is something waiting for her in those woods? Is something watching her behind those closed curtains?
Poe isn't sure what her mother experienced here, but she's determined to find out.
