Errant Target

When Allard, a former C.I.A. man, receives a letter threatening that he will be killed, he is inclined to dismiss it as the work of a crank. Events, however, swiftly make him alter his mind. Violent deaths mar - impartially - a tranquil Welsh resort and a bustling English holiday town. Ultimately the situation is brought to the attention of Chief Superintendent Pat Stockton, who makes his weighty presence felt in the case.
