A novel by

Ron Gary Beaumont is a small-time grifter living on the edge until he meets Claudette, a former stripper turned housewife. Together they take to a life on the road, robbing drug dealers to finance a breezy life of cheap motels, diners, and plastic bottle booze. After seven months they’re ready for a change. When Ron’s old prison pal Cletus calls with a plan to rob The Coin Operated Laundromat King of Las Vegas, Ron and Claudette join the crew. The other members are Gibby and Bill, two affable car thieves from Texas. The Laundromat King, unfortunately, is also washing private game money on the side and he’s the latest target in a corrupt Federal operation. Cletus is on the hook of a rising Federal star who might be a sociopathic butcher with the perfect disguise. Set against the neon and chrome of Sin City, a pack of Z-list criminals fights to get free, and if they succeed, they might inadvertently save an agency that would arrest them in a heartbeat.
