Too much has happened. There’s no hope for a future…

With El Rey in jail, Fallon can finally find a second to breathe while she figures out how to move forward. It doesn’t matter that she’s pregnant with his kid – after the lies he’s told and the secrets he’s kept, he’s not the kind of man she wants to settle down with. She’s determined to find a new normal and her coworker, Eric, is willing and able to help with the adjustment.

Unfortunately, for La Reina, nothing is ever simple. When a woman from Rey’s past pops up and threatens Fallon’s stability, she’s forced to go on the defensive – again.

But she’s not the only one on the warpath…

Rey may be behind bars, but his eyes and ears still work. And if Falloncita thinks he’s going to stay caged up while she keeps him in the dark, she has no idea who he is.

Blood is thicker than water and nothing will stand between El Rey and his Familia.

◆READER NOTE◆

It is strongly recommended that you read Reinoso and La Reina - Books 1&2 in the El Rey Series before reading La Familia. Rey and Fallon finally find their HEA by the end of this story!

La Familia contains extremely passionate and descriptive sex scenes, not suitable for readers under the age of 18 years, or those who may be offended by graphic descriptions of sexual encounters.

Given Rey’s occupation, this story also contains scenes which include expletives.

Brooklyn's characters exhibit real emotions and desires. Although she is their creator, she is also very sensitive to their needs and wants, and works in partnership with them to tell their stories.
