From Elizabeth Stevens, writing as E.J. Knox, comes…
Forbidden lust, a marriage pact, and the dangerous secret that could ruin it all.

My job is simple; protect Olive. Whatever she needs. Including spending the summer with the family of her intended fiancé.

Mav Vitali is anything but simple. Olive’s future husband. Heir to his father’s crime empire, he’s as deadly as he is gorgeous.

I have one job. One. Goddamned. Job. My life is hers. So, of course I fall head over heels into lust at first sight with Mav.

I could have resisted – he’s an arsehole, after all – if the feeling hadn’t been mutual. And it takes just one inadvisable kiss for him to decide I will be his at any cost. Luckily, Olive’s had more spark with a wet towel but, when a stalker comes after her, we’ve all got other things on our minds.

To save her, I’ll have to team up with the man I love to hate. As the stalker grows closer, so do we. But what price will we pay to be together?

This is a dark, angsty, contemporary new adult bully/enemies-to-lovers romance with enough steam to melt your screen. Do not engage in public consumption unless your poker face is impenetrable.
Do not read if you don’t like alpha males claiming what’s theirs, a feisty heroine with a secret past, complicated love triangles, forbidden romances full of passion and dirty words, or cliff-hangers (sorry!).
This story will continue in Little Secret, and will go on to feature the heroine in sexual situations with two love interests. While not considered cheating by the characters, you may have different feelings. Proceed with caution.
Contains possible triggers.

Genre: Romantic Suspense
