(2026)
(A book in the Juniper Harlow Mystery series)
A Story by

A witch, a bookshop, and an invisible cat with an agenda.

Months after inheriting her aunt's occult bookshop, Juniper Harlow is still not coping. Not obviously — the coffee's good, the shop's open, the tourists are getting their crystals. She's fine.

She's not fine.

What she has is a flat above the shop, a ward-bell that chimes five seconds before the door opens, and a ghostly cat she's never actually seen — just the hairballs, the rearranged keys, and an air of feline judgment she's starting to find oddly comforting.

Gone Witchin' is a novella about grief, inheritance, and what it means to finally let yourself be helped — even by something invisible that keeps leaving dead mice on the kitchen counter.

Note: This novella is standalone and contains no spoilers for Juniper's adventures in Dead in the Water or the upcoming A Murder of Witches — though readers who already know Juniper may find it hits a little closer to home.
