For Boston lawyer Dan Kardon, life is looking good. He's found a great woman in Jenny Crane, his colleague and lover, and his fledgling solo practice it taking off. When Jenny suggest he represent her old college friend, saavy entepreneur Jerome Mann, it seems like an obvious win.
