In Dusseldorf a German banker is stabbed to death. A month later an IT consultant is also fatally knifed in Dublin. The police have nothing to go on in either cases, no weapon, clues or motive and certainly no suspect. In the City of London, the players carve out a lucrative career. Harry Alisop is a top recruitment consultant who sources heads for global Investment banks. Diane Rubin relocates from New York and begins her own personal search for satisfaction.
