As the German flight of Junkers Ju 390 six-engine ‘Amerika Bombers’ thunder above a flaming Statue of Liberty, New York citizens wake up to the nightmare they had been dreading for months on end: The Axis invasion of America has begun. Bombs are falling on Manhattan, ships are approaching the shoreline, and the fight between good and evil has begun.
Across the eastern seaboard and Canada, the Germans and their Italian allies attack across the board in powerful amphibious attacks. The U.S. Navy, powerful, intervenes and confronts the German-Italian fleet in a large battle off the eastern seaboard.
And the nightmare doesn’t end there. The war also ignites on the West coast, from Prince Rupert harbor in Northern Canada to Los Angeles, as the Japanese also land in force and send America into turmoil. There again, the U.S. Pacific Fleet, defeated times and again by the Japanese Imperial Navy during the Pacific War, moves in to defend the Western seaboard, and a big battle is fought off San Francisco Harbor.
America is burning, and the disaster has been long coming. The country never found a solution to the Great Depression, watching impotently as Europe was set aflame and Asia fell to the Japanese juggernaut. The British Islands fell in 1941, and Russia in 1943.
It is now 1947, and the Axis powers, after a successful landing in the Panama Canal Area in 1946, are making their final bid in their conquest of the world. America is burning, and it will need to fight for its very life as the light fades against the growing darkness.
