Blaze must sharpen up his Black Hat skills and go undercover in the virtual world to stop a threat to national security. Someone is threatening to declare Cyber War on every US Government agency. He is given carte blanche to do whatever is necessary to stop this terrorist threat.

Turbo is a Black Hatter, highly sought out from the highest bidders, including the US government. They have no reason to trust her, they don’t know her, but she has every reason to not trust them. She uncovers an assassination order for CIA agents and several civilians. How is she to prove to the government that their biggest threat is not the documents being sold, but the high-ranking CIA department head? She is not a quitter, so it becomes her mission to stop this assassination, even if she has to play dirty.

But what happens when Blaze identifies the hacker and tries to use her own skills against her, causing her to become a target by those that hired ECP, putting Turbo and her little brother in danger?
