Two months ago, I felt like I had it all. Two weeks ago, I was sure I did. Two days ago, I learned that if I don't get my Oracular self in gear, there won't be a Christmas. No pressure, right?
That whole Christmas spirit thing? Well, turns out it's really a thing. There's an actual Christmas Spirit, and this year, it's not where it's supposed to be. If I don't help it get back to its place in the magical world, Christmas will be nothing more than a nice memory.
Which is totally great when I have a house full of guests. Natalie, my late husband's other wife (don't worry, we've worked that out), her kids, my kids, Logan, Shelly, Hubie, Caro - they're all here for the holiday. And of course, Florry, my ghost with the most and resident grump, is keeping an eye on things. They're all, even Florry, looking forward to a fabulous Christmas, which is what I planned for. Until my consultant showed up.
It used to be I had to worry about Christmas for my family. Now I have to worry about it for the whole world.
