A Novella by

A longtime member of Faith’s Creek Quilting Circle will finally get her chance at finding her forever love this Christmas.

Melissa Reno is a shy 25-year-old used to keeping to herself. This season, she’s making a beautiful baby quilt for her cousin’s new baby. She wants to give it in person, but it looks impossible when her father’s buggy breaks down.
Ralph Dienner’s Uncle recently passed away, leaving him his blacksmith business. Ralph is excited to leave his bad reputation behind and embrace the smithy business. He wants to make his Uncle proud, and helping the citizens of Faith’s Creek this holiday season is the perfect start.

Kirk Reno goes to Ralph for help with his buggy. Unfortunately, Ralph knows it’s impossible to fix all of Kirk’s buggy damage before Christmas. Not wanting to disappoint, Ralph offers to drive Kirk’s daughter to her cousin’s in his buggy.
Melissa doesn’t know how to react to Ralph as they start their journey. She’s not good at making conversation, especially with strangers. However, it doesn’t take them long to find some common ground. Melissa is shocked by the feelings stirring for Ralph. A harrowing snowstorm turns Melissa and Ralph’s return home into a dangerous affair.

Can they make it home in one piece?

Will they be allowed to pursue their growing feelings, or will Ralph’s past ruin his future?
