Bewitched by the Vamp
(2026)(The fourth book in the Manhattan Monsters series)
A novel by Settle Myer
Rorik
I’ve kidnapped a witch.
It’s nothing new for me. I’ve kidnapped plenty of witches. But I’ve been trying to be a better vamp lately.
I couldn’t help myself this time. The moment I locked eyes with her, my world went silent.
See as the first vampire, I’m cursed to never die. The sun’s rays do nothing to me. And I can hear the thoughts of others.
It’s a constant noise.
So why can’t I get inside this woman’s head?
There’s only one answer: She’s my mate.
But here’s the problem Ok, a lot of problems: She’s lost most of her memories. She hates me. And her mother is the witch who created me.
Aurora
My memories were taken by a powerful witch.
Not just any witch.
My mother.
At least, that’s what I was told by the vampire who kidnapped me.
He thinks I could help him find her because she’s the one who created him. And apparently she’s the only one who could lift his curse.
But why would I help him when he’s keeping me captive?
Ok. To be fair I’m not living in horrible conditions. My room is cozy. A new book to read shows up everyday. The bathroom is full of everything I could ever need. And chef-prepared meals are delivered three times a day.
It doesn’t matter. I hate him.
Then why am I having sex dreams about him?
I can’t explain it, but the longer I’m here, the more I don’t want to leave.
This is the 4th book in the Manhattan Monsters series and a standalone. You meet Rorik in Guardians for the Vamp and Giddy for the Gargoyle. Aurora is a new character who is briefly introduced at the end of Giddy for the Gargoyle. And, yes, the unveiling plan does happen in this book!
The content list is still being compiled and it will be on the author’s website as well as within the first few pages of this book. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to the author!
