I'm Vivian Vale. I thought this summer would be the challenge of a lifetime, testing my survival skills at a summer camp where only the toughest last. But then a twist of fate has me ending up at the wrong--or right--camp. These people carry weapons. These people wear armor. They talk with their minds, they're constantly fighting. They're Hunters, training for a endless war against the cryptids who would threaten the squishies. I mean, humans.

Now, an all powerful Alpha Wolf has commanded me to kill a Lycan Elder before summer's over. No pressure. It's a summer adventure, all right, one that will push me to my limits and beyond. Turns out, my parents might not have been honest about who I am. Or what I am. Now I'll get the answers I need, or die trying. Hopefully not the dying one.
