An absolutely engrossing tale about the Scottish Liberation Army. Douglas Hurd as an ex-cabinet minister unsurprisingly has a deep understanding of how governmental decisions are arrived at. What will surprise is the fine easy style in which it is written. I recommend this book to everybody no matter their politics or expectations on the outcome of next years Scottish referendum.
