Sean left the family for a reason. Now Warden is determined to force him back. Let it be on his head, then.

Years ago, Sean fell for his father’s second in command, Warden. It’s an obsession that’s gone on for much longer than anyone knows. He can’t stop. Despite what everyone thinks, this is real love. It was never a teenaged crush. Now, after years of having heartache thrust upon him, Warden acts like he’s ready to give Sean a shot, as if he didn’t destroy Sean’s life. It’s laughable. Sean will do anything to stop himself from making the same mistake that’s already destroyed him, even if that means walking away from the only family he’ll ever have. For good this time.

Warden knows he has a million things to repair between them. He was the one who pushed Sean away, and he’s the reason Sean left the family. Warden lives with that every day. Except no one knows the way Warden aches every time he looks at Sean and he has to find a way to change. Even though he still doesn’t understand why Sean wants him in the first place, he’s moved beyond caring as long as he wins his man. It’ll just take a little scheming and a lot of luck. This time, he won’t let Sean get away.
