There’s no leaving the Veiled City, not now. I’m in it, my heart is tied to Nico, Holter and Eros. But there’s one more who I yearn for: Castor Drakos.
I can’t have him. I know the perils of him loving a human, especially for someone on the verge of becoming king.
My pod also has to accept Castor, but I fear they won’t. Too much is at stake.
