Surveillance footage places Kincaid at the scene, but Liv needs to collect more evidence if she wants the charges to stick. In order to get it, she will have to get close to Kincaid, closer than anyone has ever gotten. But he has a sixth sense about cops, and he's already suspicious of her. One misstep could prove fatal, especially when backup isn’t always close by.
