Clark Madden was in London on a pleasure trip, but something came up which made him alter his plans. So he put through a telephone call to his partner, Wayne Kregman, in New York. Kregman soon appreciated the need to join Madden in London, because if the Saigon Merchant really was still alive, they had to see him. But how could Pierre Dubois be alive when they had seen his corpse all those years ago in Saigon?
