Decorating for elegant weddings and receptions was Christie’s passion. She felt squeamish, however, when the bride-to-be announced that the venue was a haunted mansion, at least according to the locals.
When she and her friend Anita went upstairs to look for the cause of noise they had heard from the ballroom, they discovered an orange tabby cat sitting next to an overturned chair on the floor. Ghosts indeed!
