This book is adorable and laugh-out-loud funny. Both Autumn and Toby dislike being tied down, so it's difficult for them to accept that the feelings they have for each other could be real. It was endearing to see Autumn interacting with the staff at the manor house, fitting herself into Toby's world through kindness and curiosity. I also liked how Toby respected Autumn's need for new experiences, instead of trying to tie her down. These two characters are unconventional but a perfect fit.
