As the VP of the Washington chapter of Kings of Anarchy MC, I’m well-known. My brothers and I live on the wrong side of the law, but that doesn’t mean that we don’t have hearts. Mine might be black as pitch, and I’m good with that, although I make a point to participate in charity functions in an effort to balance the scales of good and evil.
The annual event at the local zoo is the perfect setting for me to find that balance because I’m surrounded by more animals than people. The ground beneath me shifts when one woman catches my attention. In an instant, I become obsessed, and she becomes the target of an enemy of the club.

I like animals more than I like people, which is why I became a veterinarian. Working at a zoo isn’t exactly what I pictured as my career, but I love it. Not only am I surrounded by creatures who love me unconditionally, but I’m also able to feed the adrenaline junkie that lives in my soul.
