For the right cause.
Wade Bauer knows the facts: that Syndax, the evil organization he used to faithfully serve, is on the run. Only Procyon, his former enemies, can help him in his fight to stop Syndax from unleashing terrors on this world.
There’s one big obstacle: Procyon itself.
The foundation treats him like a criminal even as it makes use of his enhanced abilities. When new evidence arises that someone is continuing Dr. Killian’s crusade in the name of supplanting humanity, he’s thrown into battle against new horrors.
If he can track down the origin of those horrors, maybe he can show Procyon and his handler, that he can be trusted. Maybe he can keep his sister, his nephews, and his dad safe from the threats clawing at their front door.
Maybe he can uncover who the real monsters are.
