He may no longer be a soldier, but his fight is far from over.

It is 1917 and WWI is raging. When Michel, the illegitimate son of the French President, returns from the horrors of Belgium, his body and mind are a mess.

He heads to the Alps to mend, but he becomes convinced that he owes a debt to a brave old man named Percy who died fighting beside him - and that debt can only be paid by rescuing his son from an Austrian POW camp in Boryslaw.

After a perilous journey, Michel finds more than he bargained for. Boryslaw is a major oil town integral to the German and Austrian war effort. He grasps the significance of that fact and reaches a terrible conclusion. For the sake of France, he must destroy it - the oil, the town and anyone or anything that stands in his way.

A character-rich story that will appeal to fans of action-adventure and historical fiction stories. Contains some strong violence, explicit language and adult situations.
