Ah, September. The beginning of fall, the months that end in -ber, and what I like to call pie season. (And let’s not forget pumpkin spice everything). But just because someone drops dead after eating one of my pies does not mean I did it.
Allie is reveling in the fall season—the crisp morning air, the anticipation of the upcoming holidays, and all the baking she plans to do. But one dead body can change all that.
