Reuben Carter, the Duke of Alton, has his routine interrupted by the arrival in the country of Lady Dalton, a neighbour down from London whose husband has gone missing.
Lady Farrah Dalton joins forces with the duke in an effort to find her father but has no idea where to start looking.
