Did Griffin Owling, really come into my coffee shop this morning after being gone for sixteen years?
Personally, I’m convinced that the mushroom coffee I had this morning, made me see things. And feel things.
So, so, so many things. Things I wasn’t supposed to feel anymore because they were in the past. They were locked tight inside my memory box, ever since that one fateful day…
But one look, one hint of his scent and I was back to my fifteen-year-old self who was in love with her brother’s best friend. Back to the little girl with hopeless dreams for an impossible future. Only Griffin never saw me like that.
