The Fomori are an ever-present threat. They challenge the gods in Asgard and the other divine realms, as well as stalk the mortal world in lesser forms, hunting for prey they can twist and consume. All sentient life loathes and hunts them out of self-protection if for no other reason than to save themselves. Even the fae loathe the Fomori beasts, as Casey learned when he aided the huldufólk against them and saved the life of one of their allies.

The various drengr clans of the Nation agree on that fact above all else, despite any other feuds they might have, the Fomori must be eliminated. Enemies and friends alike will stand together against these beasts from another world.

Casey and his friends have trained, they have grown, and they have worked hard to forge themselves into weapons to turn back the threat of the Fomori. But now, a great horde of the beasts have been spotted coming out of the wastelands, intent on ravaging the countryside and lands of the border clans. And all hands are needed to turn them back.

Now comes fire and battle, now is the time to test their mettle against great enemies, and see if all the work they have put in has forged them true.
