After securing their base on Lemuria, Commander Maxwell and the crew of the starship Eudoxus are ready at last to take the fight to the enemy, leading a rag-tag battle fleet on a mission to capture a critical resource cache that their enemy, the cultists who have conquered Earth, are using as a launching point for an invasion to conquer the few remaining outposts of free humanity, facing off against a squadron of enemy warships and the invasion force itself, a battalion of indoctrinated soldiers who would sooner die than face defeat.
