Eli K.P. William was born and raised in Toronto, but currently works in Tokyo as a Japanese translator. He's currently working on The Naked World, book two of his Jubilee Cycle trilogy (for release by Talos in spring 2017), and has written articles for publications and websites like the Japan Times, Writer's Digest and tor.com. Aside from absorbing his fair share of movies, novels, and philosophy, his main hobby is street dance.
