Keely Weis

Keely Weis is a pen name. She fell in love with books at a young age, and by twelve, she was filling her diary with poems and short stories. At twenty-four, she began writing romance novels, many of which were either left unfinished or shared online across various websites.

She has always been in love with the world of books, and when she read her first Cowboy Found Family series, she fell head over heels for everything country. She wrote The Hawthorne Ranch after a few very difficult months, searching for a feel-good cowboy romance to escape into. When she realized the ones she wanted to read she had already devoured, she told herself, “What if I write the book I would love to read?” And here it is.

When she’s not running after, playing with, or caring for her three kids, Keely reads, and if she can’t read, music accompanies her days. Every September is “Gilmore Girls” rerun time, fall is her favorite season, and Christmas is her favorite holiday. She is a total cat lover but loves dogs too. When people ask why she loves her husband so much, she simply says, “He built me a room with a big library and a desk to write.” To Keely, books are a love language.
