Paula Walshe lives in Broome, Western Australia, which is a remote northern tropical paradise! She writes in other genres, under the names Paula Constant (historical fiction and travel memoir) and Lucy Holden (paranormal and fantasy romance).
She absolutely LOVES romance - although she is much better at it on the page than in real life!
Paula also works as a driller in outback Australia for a mining company, so she writes a lot of her books whilst sitting in a very big drill rig. She adores drinking champagne with her gorgeous friends, the Happy Girls, to whom her first two books are dedicated. She also loves the boys she drills with, from whom she gets a lot of the male POV and banter in her books.
(If you think her characters have potty mouths, try working in mining . . .)
Her favourite romance author of all time is Jilly Cooper.
