A Glennon Normal School Historical Mystery Book 10
Series summary: Delia Markham is adjusting to her job as a typewriting teacher at the Glennon Normal School in the fall term of 1918. Her new life revolves around teaching future teachers. It isn’t an easy transition from her former assignment as Yeoman (F) in the U. S. Naval Reserve.

Matter of Course: The influenza pandemic of 1918 continues an extended visit to Glennon in book 10. While many do everything in their power to ease the suffering of those who fall ill, some are more inclined to take advantage of the situation.

Delia continues to work on her original assignment even as she searches for the answers to the difficult questions that plague the Glennon family. Along the way, she encounters a murder victim that asks a simple question with his last breath. Her search for that answer also leads her to learn just how powerful an enemy can be.

In the meantime, those at Glennon House battle an unpredictable illness that chooses its victims seemingly at random even as they struggle to clear their good name. As they continue to fight multiple adversaries at home, rumors about enemies abroad begin to circulate.
