(2022)
(The third book in the Sons of Darkness series)
A novel by

Marcus, recovering from his close encounter with true death after the savage attack by the demon prince Belphagor, suddenly begins having an alarming craving for blood. He has frightening thoughts and terrible dreams, too, about the ones he loves, and if that’s not bad enough, the deaths of Belphagor and Valsparen have attracted the attention of the Dhampir, a group of half-vampires led by the infamous vampire hunter Blaze Nightshade.

Blaze is an apparent stranger, and yet he’s strangely familiar to Marcus. The child of both a vampire and a witch, Blaze presents a strong challenge to Lord Roman when he demands Jonah become his hostage to ensure Roman’s good behavior. Roman refuses, and a savage fight threatens to break out that would destroy Roman’s entire clan. Marcus volunteers to be the Blaze’s hostage instead, not realizing at first who he really is, and that he has a complicated history with the Dhampir. Once long ago, before Marcus was a vampire, they were in a serious relationship and made promises to each other. Then came Marcus’s death and he thought he’d lost his love forever. Blaze abhors vampires, but something sinister and deadly from a realm called the Darkling is relentlessly stalking Marcus, and only Blaze, who has inherited formidable skills from both his parents, and Roman, his sire, will be able to save him. Can Roman and Blaze put aside their differences long enough to do it, or will Marcus be lost to the Darkling forever?

Blood lust, a demonic seance, and revelations about Marcus’s past, along with a passionate new romance, bring more excitement to everyone’s lives. The truth about Marcus has to emerge if he is to survive, as Blaze risks everything to save him. Deadly Sin has scenes of action, violence, humor, and romance, along with a guaranteed happy ending.
