Jenny Bayliss lives in a small seaside town in the UK with her husband, their children having left home for big adventures. After having been a professional cake-baker for many years, she went back to college at age thirty-nine to study part-time for a degree in Creative and Professional Writing. Bayliss likes long walks, baking days, stationery, and shamelessly wearing party dresses to the supermarket. The Twelve Dates of Christmas is her debut novel.

Kissing Kosher (2023)
Jean Meltzer
"Kissing Kosher is funny, heart-breaking, hunger-inducing, honest and surprising in the best way. I loved this book but more than that, I needed it."

The Christmas Clash (2022)
Suzanne Park
"The Christmas Clash is a modern-day Romeo and Juliet but with spicy pork and shrimp takeout instead of tragedy. I loved it! Suzanne Park delivers a wonderful mix of wit and sensitivity as Chloe Kwon and Peter Li navigate family feuds, racism, and first love in this coming-of-age story. It has everything you want in a holiday rom-com and more."

The Fixer Upper (2022)
Lauren Forsythe
"I loved this book! The Fixer Upper is by turns witty and tender, observant and heart-wrenchingly romantic in a thoroughly modern way. I will be thinking about it for a long time to come."

Love & Other Dramas (2022)
Ronali Collings
"I can't remember the last time I was rooting so hard for characters in a book to make it. Women everywhere will recognise themselves in the pages and at the same time see the world from another perspective. Love & Other Dramas is the kind of novel that captures your heart from the first to the last page. I am in love with this book!"
