More Than Sight

Up until the accident on the mountain that changed everything, money solved every problem I’d had in life. Now, with my vision gone, money can’t help me. Time is the only treatment the doctors admit may help. But even time may fail to fix this.

All I need is one person I can trust but finding an employee who won’t jack with my life is nearly impossible. When Hope shows up, I’m ready to give in. If she can live up to her name, I may just keep her around. But if my attraction to her doesn’t die, she may walk away without giving me a chance.

Mr. Anderson is one tough cookie, but he’s also a jerk. I can understand his need to keep people at a distance, but if I didn’t need this job, I might walk out. His demands make me want to scream, but I keep my cool. That is until he makes everything too hot to handle. If I don’t get control of my desire, I may be out of a job with no way of recovering from the financial nightmare ruling my life.

There is light at the end of the tunnel, but is it good news, or something screaming at me, destine to take me down?
